Brazil Nut Cheese

Brazil Nut Cheese

This recipe whips up about 6 cups of pure cheesy goodness!

Ingredients, honey:

  • 1 lb. Soaked Brazil Nuts* (Yep, get 'em soaked for that extra oomph)
  • 2-3 Key Limes Juiced (Squeeze it real good!)
  • 2 tsp. Sea Salt (Gotta have that flavor!)
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder (Add that zing!)
  • 1/2 tsp. Cayenne (Spice it up, but only if you like it that way!)
  • 1 1/2 cup Hemp Milk (Keepin' it creamy)
  • 1 1/2 cups Spring Water (Pour it in, 1/2 cup at a time)
  • 2 tsp. Grapeseed Oil (For that smooth finish)

You'll need: A blender or food processor (get ready to blend, blend, blend!)

*Pro tip: Soak them Brazil nuts overnight for max impact, but if you're in a hurry, 2 hours will do!

Instructions:

  1. Throw all them ingredients (except the water) in your blender or food processor.
  2. Blend away for 2 minutes, adding water gradually, 1/2 cup at a time.
  3. Keep blending and adding water till it's as smooth as silk.
  4. Voilà! You've got yourself some finger-lickin' Alkaline Brazil Nut Cheese! Spread it on pizza, sandwiches, pasta – you name it, it's delish!
